Modern Market Eatery - Boulder: Fresh, Flavorful Fare in a Vibrant Atmosphere

Amazing food so nice to have fresh options on a long trip. My dad was super impressed and talked about it all day. You gotta try the cookies !!!!

The service is good, it is a place where you order at the counter then sit down and someone delivers the food to you. The food as was delicious. I got a blueberry and pesto sandwich. My partner has the Caesar Salmon salad. Both were delicious. My only issue would have been the tables don't get cleaned regularly.

The food was a solid 5. The vibe and atmosphere is why I gave it a 4. I really enjoyed the quality and taste of the food. Digested really well and felt healthy and hearty. It was really loud in the kitchen for a bit like loud construction was going on or food prep of some sort that made the experience less enjoyable and made me want to put my headphones in to drown out the loud/unpleasant noises. I’ll be back since the food items are often gluten free and of higher quality than most places around the way. Staff customer service quality was alright, nothing to rant or rave about in that aspect but the food is solid! Definitely will say this is some of the best quality food around this section of Boulder!

We’ve been to Modern Market a number of times and always love it. Everything we’ve had has been fresh and flavorful. We came this time for a fundraiser night for my daughter’s gymnastics team. We ordered the Thai Coconut salad and Lemongrass Tuna bowl - both were delicious. I also had wine, which was terrible. For $3 a glass you shouldn’t expect much, but this tasted very watered down. I’ve had it before and it’s never been this bad. We also ordered the cranberry oat cookie, paid for it, and were then told they were out of them. My only option was to choose another kind. So I ended up buying a cookie I didn’t want. At least some of that money went to support the gymnastics team.

Came to mod market, not sure what to expect Little did I know a kind man by the name of Eddie was to greet me. With deliberate intent he directed me to the most immaculate salad which would be the Thai coconut With efficiency and ease he checked out me and my salad, his kind smile warmed my heart Lighting the way a joyful and healthy day

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year now. Whenever I need a quick and healthy lunch or dinner while I’m away from home, Modern Market Eatery is always my go-to. The pickup orders are incredibly fast — I order through the app, and it’s ready by the time I arrive. Consistently great service and food. I’d love to see more locations in other states!

I had the Thai coconut salad, which was delicious. The salad dressing had a great flavor and all the toppings were great. I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato’s. The chicken was good, but it was a little dry in some parts, and some of the lettuce pieces were wilty, but only like 3 or 4 small pieces. The food came out in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed the wall and seeing all the plant decor. One thing was that for maybe 30 seconds there was like a really loud blender that disturbed the peace. Overall pretty good though and the prices were reasonable.
